Top Panel

The control panel consists of a foot switches area, and an area of in-set controls.

In-set Controls

In the buttons group on the left...
Tone Pitch Guitar Home
Setup, wizard Store edit
The four knobs adjust a set of 4 parameters, depending on the current screen. More on that later.

The data knob usually switches between rows of controls, instead of changing parameters, like you might expect. Each tab of a function can include 1 or more rows of parameters that can be adjusted by the 4 soft-knobs. Spinning the knob to the extreme left or right goes to the first or last row (it doesn't wrap).

On the right, below the data knob, are the navigate left and navigate right buttons. These switch between the different tabs of an editing screen. They don't wrap around.

Rear Panel

There is a small button next to the XLR outputs that, when pressed, enables the ground lift.

Operation

"the knobs", always means the 4 soft-control knobs below the LCD screen on the in-set control panel. For each screen, knobs will be listed with the function they control, like this:
  1. volume
  2. pan
  3. strength
  4. width
This means that knob 1 controls volume, and knob 4 controls width.

You can always press the home button to return to the home screen.

Home Screen

when on the home screen, the knobs control
  1. Harmony/doubling voices level
  2. Global reverb/delay level.
  3. Guitar and guitar effects level
  4. Main output level

Voice setup

Hold down the reverb switch for about 2 seconds to enter this mode. If you don't move a control for about 0-15 seconds, you'll go back to the home screen.
  1. mode: auto/manual
  2. Phantom power off/on
  3. mic gain (only if mode is manual)

Global functions

Tone, pitch, and guitar settings are global. You set these to suit your personal style, and they're applied to all presets. They also stay active, even when you bypass individual blocks or all blocks with the foot switches.

You can press these buttons to turn them on/off, or hold them down to enter their setup screen. The info below is for the setup screen for each of the 3 global functions.

Tone setup

This processor cleans up the signal from the mic. The automatic setup (reverb switch), will reset most of these to good starting places based on your voice.
